Private sellers welcome

Ordinary owners can list a vehicle they want to sell and deal directly with verified dealerships. Good for the seller, and it gives the trade first sight of clean private stock.

📣 Marketing wafer
A promo card shown once when someone freshly loads TradeFlow — not when they move between sections. Saving creates a new wafer that replaces the current one, and everyone sees it again, including people who dismissed the previous one.

🗂️ Category visibility
Disabling a category hides it from the marketplace — it can't be searched, filtered, or chosen when creating a listing. Existing listings in that category are hidden until you enable it again. At least one category must stay enabled.
🚫 Ban list 0
Banned emails and cellphone numbers cannot be used to register a new account. Banning a user from the list above adds them here automatically; you can also add or lift bans manually.

Private accounts can list vehicles but cannot make offers. Choose Dealership if you need to make offers or bid on live listings. (Account type can't be changed later by you — only an admin can.)
Dealership accounts need admin verification. Upload a clear photo of your dealership certificate. You can sign up and list vehicles right away — making offers/bids unlocks once an admin approves your certificate.

If there is an outstanding finance settlement on the vehicle, please ensure the settlement amount is included within your asking price.
🔒 Offers-only listing: this price stays private — buyers won't see it. It's still used for your own reference, admin review and dealer wishlist matching.
All listings are negotiable automatically — every listing carries the Price negotiable tag, and buyers may offer any amount. You decide what to accept.
The countdown starts the moment the listing is approved. While live, everyone can see who bid and how much.
Suggested sequence (up to 8): Front, Rear, Left side, Right side, Interior, Engine bay, Boot / load bin, Licence disc. At least 5 required. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB each.
